FRESHLY MADE WITH A CONSCIOUS HEART
Currently only available on Gourmet Direct, these meat pies by Shangri-La Hotel's Bakehouse allow you to enjoy their popular beef and chicken pot pies in the comfort of your own home. Baked by their in house chefs and then frozen, you simply need to reheat and enjoy!
For reheating the pies:
1. Preheat oven to 150C
2. Place pies in the oven for 15min or until the middle is warm.
-Move the pie from the freezer to the refrigerator and thaw overnight/for eight hours to enjoy the next day. This allows the pie to bake better.
-If your oven is causing the edges of the pastry to burn, cover the edges with a strip of aluminum foil.
-Microwaving the pies aren't recommended as this will result in soggy pastry
