Vegetarian version from the classic "potaje de lentejas". The kind of lentil we use is called "pardina" and its original from Spain. Main ingredients: lentils, onions, leeks, garlic, mushrooms, paprika and extra virgin olive oil.

Recommendation from the chef: once it’s defrosted, open bag and put contents in a pan. Heat for 2 minutes with medium heat. If you are in a rush, you can also heat in microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes but kindly note that quality will be higher when heating by stove as the ingredient may suffer a bit when heating in microwave.
This cooked meal is packed in a vacuum sealed bag and was frozen to ensure freshness.

HOW TO DEFROST?
Defrost inside the vacuum bag. It’s best to thaw product naturally in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours as it keeps the perfect consistency, texture and taste.
PLEASE remove defrosted product from vacuum bag before heating.
PLEASE strictly do not defrost products in MICROWAVE.
