The HARVEST GOURMET® SENSATIONAL® Ground Mince is 0% meat and 100% plant-based which looks, cooks, smells, and tastes close to that of minced beef.

Made with NON-GMO soy and wheat protein base, vegetable oils to tenderize for a juicy taste,  plant-based flavors to provide the meaty experience without the use of artificial flavors, vegetable concentrates and natural plant extracts to give its vibrant raw meat appearance that transforms when cooked with the same charring you get when searing or barbecuing.

A good replacement to ground beef to transform dishes into plant based. Great for tacos, burritos, kebab, Bolognese and lasagna pasta sauce, and more.

Ingredients: Soya protein (21%), Vegetable oils, Vinegar, Natural flavors, Wheat Gluten (2.1%), Stabilizer (Methyl cellulose), Salt, Barley Malt Powder (Gluten), Colors from fruit and vegetable concentrates (Beetroot , Carrot, Paprika, Blackcurrant), Garlic, Black Pepper, Antioxidant (Ascorbic acid).

Allergen information: Contains Soya and Gluten (from Wheat and Barley). May contain egg.

Storage condition: -18 degrees Celsius

Shelf life: 12 months

Thawing and handling: Before using, place product in fridge at 2-5 degrees Celsius to completely thaw. After opening the packaging, please seal tightly before storing in fridge and use within 48 hours. Do not refreeze.
