Persia Grill Tikka (Chicken – Mild Spice)


Mild spicy chicken breast fillet.

Cooking instructions:
Step 1 Slice some tomatoes.
Step 2 Brush your kebab sticks with lemon and melted butter.
Step 3 Heat the pan to medium and add a dash of cooking oil.
Step 4 Pan-fry the chicken until cooked.
Step 5 With the same oil used in cooking the kebabs, pan-fry your tomatoes.
** OR - - Grill over charcoal while brushing olive oil, fresh garlic and
melted butter.
