A balanced ume liqueur from Choya. Umeshu is made by steeping unripened Japanese plums in alcohol and sugar to allow the flavours to infuse. Ume is often mistaken for plum, although they are not the same. The ume fruits contain higher acidity than plums, specifically citric acid. This is a refreshing umeshu. ABV: 15% Size:720ml
