Japanese A5 Wagyu ribeye: the highest grade in the Japanese grading system. Dense, fine marbling melts as it cooks for an incredibly rich, tender steak.
Slice into thick strips or cook whole in a hot pan with minimal seasoning. A little goes a long way, so serve in small portions.
