Japanese A5 Wagyu Sirloin Steak (300–330g)

Japanese A5 Wagyu sirloin, the cut known elsewhere as striploin. Fine, even marbling gives a melt-in-your-mouth texture with a slightly firmer bite than ribeye.

Sear briefly in a very hot pan. Season only with salt, or serve with wasabi and a little soy.
