Pork collar (moksal) cut into steaks. Well marbled, tender and juicy: a Korean BBQ favourite that also makes a great grilled pork steak.
Grill whole on a hot pan, then cut with scissors into bite-size pieces. Serve with lettuce, ssamjang and garlic.
