How do I place an order?

You can easily place your order through our website at www.rarefoodshop.com or via our Lazada store.
Additionally, you can use on-demand services such as Grab (search for "Rare Food Shop") or Pickaroo (search for "Rare Food Shop"). Please note that on-demand delivery is available in Parañaque City only.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including Gcash, Credit and Debit cards through Paymongo, Paypal, and Cash on Delivery.

 

Is there a minimum order requirement for delivery?

There is no minimum order requirement. However, orders of ₱3,000 and up qualify for FREE DELIVERY.

 

What are your delivery options and timeframes?

We offer same-day delivery with a cut-off time of 10am daily. Orders placed beyond the cut-off time will be scheduled for delivery on the next delivery day. Our delivery hours are from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 9pm.

 

What if I'm not home during the delivery?

For delivery instructions or arranging for someone else to receive the order, please contact our customer service via chatbox or any of our social media platforms.
