Bolzico Beef Korean Bbq (250G)

Thin slices of Bolzico boneless beef belly marinated with a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and ginger. It is traditionally cooked using gridirons or perforated dome griddles but pan cooking can be done as well.
